Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy leaves the White House after an aggrieved discussion with American President Donald Trump on February 28. A talk was held between these leaders with tense shouting at the Oval Office on the issues to resolve the war with Russia into uncertainty.
Many visuals that viraled on the internet showed the Ukrainian president departing the Oval Office earlier than expected. In several videos, Trump shouted at him, saying he was a stupid president who depended on US Aids. “You don’t have guts without us. We have given you more than USD 300 billion for backing your nation amid the war,” he added in his meeting.
However, Zelenskyy responded to him, stating Ukraine is still in position. “We are saving the lives of our people. Putin is a crime killer; he killed many of our innocents. Our administration is not ready to negotiate with him,” he said.
The meeting was initially intended to ease tension. But the situation changed as Zelenskyy refused to dialogue with Russia. While Trump intimidated the Ukrainian head, he told him, “You are either going to make a deal or we are out.”
In this heated discussion, both state heads concluded the meeting without any fair deal. Trump told Zelenskyy, “Your country is in big trouble.” Stopping him during the meeting, he said that you have done a lot of talking when he attempted to respond. Trump accused him of “gambling with World War III.
During this conversation, Trump also charged him with degrading the dignity of the country, who supported you a lot. Zelensky calmly interjected, saying, “I have all respect for your country.
Therefore, a deal that was hoped to be made has been cancelled due to an abrupt conversation in Washington. And all the Ukrainian officials left the White House without any high-profile threat.
